We never recovery from Hashi, once Hashi always Hashi. Its only controlled by thyroid hormone medication. After all, Hashi is autoimmune condition.
Your second post the decimal point on your TSH level is different.
Have test done on a regular bases until your levels show Hashi and the need for meds.
Forget about the antibodies, they are not curable nor treatable, nothing can be done about them.
