I am on Levo and I get the nausea when I get my Hashi swings. Otherwise, the Levo has helped me, but everyone is different. Many people do better on Nature Thyroid or Armour because it is made from pigs and not a synthetic like Levo. I am actually considering switching if the Levo doesn't work better after my next bump. However, there is a shortage of the natural stuff right now, so you might be stuck on Levo until the shortage is resolved.
