I HAD A ULTRASOUND ON MY THYROID,THEY FOUND A FEW OR MORE MASSES,WHAT ARE THE NEXT THINGS TO HAVE DONE,I AM HAVING SEVERE BODY PAIN,FATIGUE,SWELLING IN MY NECK,CHEST,WERE I ALSO HAVE A LUNG NODULE,THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THESE NODULES ARE,AND IVE HAD THESE SYMPTOMS FOR A LONG TIME,ARE THEY RELATED TO MY LUNG NODULE OR MY THYROID MASS OR BOTH

Do you have a copy of the ultrasound report that you could post here?  That might help us.

From the sounds of it you need a complete thyroid panel run and a consultation with a surgeon who specializes in thyroid surgeries who does *a lot* of thyroid surgeries.

The nodules (masses) may be related or they may not.  I don't mean to scare you but *if* (god forbid) the mass(es) are malignant, lung is a common site for metastases.  An uptake scan would tell whether or not the mass in your lung is thyroid tissue or not.

Thyroid tissue can also grow down into the chest area which, on an ultrasound, could look like it is in the lung area.  This is called substernal thyroid and there are those on this forum who have had that condition

Please, seek out some thyroid specialists for further testing and consultation.
