Do the numbers have to be outside of this range for the thyroid to cause symptoms- if the number falls within the range is it understood that the thyroid is not what's causing a person's symptoms?
For instance, if a person's TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh is normally between 1 and 2 and then they have a test that comes back on the low end, say .5, even though .5 is still in the normalNormal saline flush range, since it is lower than normalNormal saline flush for that person and heading toward the low end would this be indicative of a thyroid problem, or would a doctor just consider it normal fluctuation?
Same if a person is normally between 1 and 2 and a test comes back higher, would they still say it's not thyroid?
