not getting sleep well.

my name is madhusudan age30. since last 7 years iam suffering from hypothyriodism.i started homeo pathy medicine since last 1 year.my latest report is  T3 0.89,T4 9.44, TSH 2.42,method is MEIA.
from past 5days iam not getting sleep well. iam also suffering erection,hair loss problems from past 7years .
please give me suggestions on my problem.is iam able to get married or not.is my sex life is well. iam kindly reqest u to send me details as soon as possible.

It would be helpful if you would post the lab's reference ranges that go with the T3 and T4 test results.  Reference ranges vary from one lab to another, so I'd like to be sure of them, before commenting very much.  I would like to suggest that you should insist that in the future the doctor checks free T3 and free T4, rather than total T3 and total T4.   FT3 and FT4 are the actual, biologically active thyroid hormones that affect metabolism and many other body functions.  FT3 is four times as potent as FT4 and FT3 correlates best with hypo symptoms.  

You mentioned some medicine since last year.  What are you taking and how much?
