There is a huge correlation of people in my family with gallbladder/pancreas problems and thyroid problems.  Don't know if they are related but we sure wonder.

I don't know, but I previously had pancreatitis and then my gallbladder removed, and now I have thyroid nodules, suspicious for cancer.  My cousin also had her gallbladder removed, followed by thyroid cancer in the past year.  The doctors say there is no connection.  The only thing I have come up with is that estrogen can cause gallbladder problems (which can lead to pancreatitis) and estrogen may have some effect on the thyroid.
