pathology results back, still alittle worried

hi, got my results back finally was told i had a multi goiter with cystic parts, all benign and no papillary cancer was found which i am happy about and was discharged from hospital wasnt given anther follow up in 6months time. its been a month since operation and i am still extremly tired, i was feeling like this before surgery but i am worse now? any1 know why this cud be? ? ? my thyroid function and bloodwork is normal.

has any1 had to have a second opinion on their pathologist results? ? ? if so i wud like to hear about it. i am still worried, i dnt feel myself. plz cus sum1 help, my doctor is useless.
