please help! do i have hashi's

Hi all.  Well, I'm at it again.  I have been having chronic symptoms all my life.  Don't know if it's one problem or several.  Here are my stats and hopefully someone can give me some insight.  my crp is 0.8 with <0.5 as normal, thy peroxidase ab is 399 with 500 with <60 norm.  I go to my internist next week and just want to have insight and know what questions to ask.  My symptoms includes extreme tiredness which has been the case since adulthood, dryness, low libido (my husband's not too happy bout that), extreme muscle aches and spasms which makes me conclude there is more going on.  my cpk levels run in the high 300-500, sed rate is 44 with 0-20 is norm, and i had a positive ana screen.  and i have other abnormal levels.  this has perplexed me literally all my life with no answers from the docs.  please, any suggestions would be so much appreciated

Not sure on the TPOab test results. 399 or 500? Either way, that's too high and looks like Hashi. Mine is 221. I have Hashi.

Before any doctor can properly medicate you, you will also need the following tests:
TSH
FT4
FT3

Also, request a thyroid ultrasound.

Below are my symptoms I listed this summer. Things have improved since taking thyroid hormone.

These symptoms slowly appeared and worsened after birthing an infant (who was also premature) and they present themselves more strongly alongside sporadic bouts of diarrhea:
Mild weight gain even while dieting
Extreme fatigue/napping
GERD/Heartburn/chest pain
Mostly constipation mixed with diarrhea
Depression/anxiety/forgetfulness/brain fog
Abdomen swells for no apparent reason
Neck/jaw pain/swelling/pressure
Scratchy voice
Migraines, dizziness and back of neck/head pain
Very cold feet and hands and sometimes a feeling like ants are biting my feet
Endometriosis (2 years ago – cured after one year of birth control)
Irregular/heavy periods and menstrual-like cramping in between periods
Ear pressure/pain
Voice is sometimes hoarse
Knee/joint pains – finger swelling and pain
Rash or scaly skin on neck, head, hands, chest, chin, nose, right armpit down to waist
Dry eyes and sometimes soreness
Occasionally I have a mild hot flashes or chills
Night throbbing/pounding in ears that wakes me
Toe nails feel painful and brittle
Muscles in legs sometimes go wobbly and weak when I am standing
Tingling feet/hands/lips
Body temp ranges 97-97.5
Hair clumps in shower
Shaky hands
Blood pressure changing
Feeling like heart is beating fast
Decreased sex drive
Enlarged lymphnodes in neck and armpit
Legs feel heavy and swollen at times

Best of luck to you in getting treatment. If the doc refuses to treat you, then you should seek a second opinion. If the doc relies solely on TSH and doesn't first treat the FT4/FT3 levels in order to get you well, seek a second opinion. Here's an article about treating people with Hashimoto's:
