please help!!!!

for the last week and a half i have been having pain in the back of my head in my forehead and in temple area, sometimes it feels like pressure, and i get lightheaded/dizziness off and on. some days are ok some are not. i went to the doctors and she said i have a sinus infection. i dont think thats it because i didnt have alot of the dizziness/lightheaded when i had a sinus infection before. i  get numbness in my hands especially at night when i sleep and it hurts. its done that for years but more often lately. i dont have medical insurance so im limited on what i can do. does this sound like thyroid problems? can someone help me please!!!!

thanks for writting me back, i guess its just scary because i have been reading about everyone else. my doctors office just called me and i left a message for then to tell the doc if i should get my thyroid checked, they will call me back to let me know because like you said it would be a good idea to get it checked. but does the thyroid cause the same symptoms as a sinus infection like i described what i was feeling in my head?

I remember feeling like that before.
I used to feel like my head was in a 'vice'..that it was being crushed from the temples each side.

Afraid your Doc is right...it is sinus issues.

As for the numbness and tingling..usually thats Hypo symptoms but could also be a deficiency in Calcium.
It would be a good idea to get your levels checked.
