Free T4 VALUE = 0.32 NG/DL
Anti TPO = 230.40 U/mL

I feel quite tired and sleepy. My doc has prescribed me thyronorm 100, calcium and multivitamin tablets . also my clolestrol = 280.00 mg/dL
hdl = 60.00 mg/dL
ldl colestrol = 197.00 mg/dL

Please give me correct advice as i am 43 yrs old and am worried.

Your TSH is extremely high, indicating hypothyroidism.  Your FT4 is low, also indicating hypo.  You are severely hypo, and it's good to hear that you are on meds.  Your TPOab is elevated...this indicates that you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease and the most prevalent cause of hypo in the U.S.
