possible cancer??

My bloodwork showed TSH, free T3 and T4 w/in normal limits. My thyroglobulin antibodies were at 1315 !!! My US of thyroid showed solid nodule just under 1cm. Thyroid uptake and scan did not find the nodule but thyroid itself were in normal range of % intaking the iodine. I do not take any thyroid medication and have a family history of hashimotos disease.
Has anyone had a similar issue or any suggestions?

I'm sorry I can't directly answer your question (that is frustrating, I know) but I had bloodwork with all normal values but my thyroglobulin antibodies were 175. Not quite as high as yours but still the only thing out of whack. I had an u/s but I don't know what exactly they saw other than at least one nodule, and I'm having a FNA biopsy tomorrow morning. Are you having a biopsy?

From what I've read 90-95% of nodules are not cancerous - so you are probably fine. And hopefully I am too. Keep us posted.
