possible parathyroid adenoma

My last 3 blood tests, over a two-year period, have shown increasing serum calcium levels, so now the level is 11.5.  I will consult an endocrinologist, but I wonder if there is a big hurry.  I am post menopausal and am considered to have peri-osteoporosis.  I am not experiencing muscle weakness or other symptoms I have read about.  thanks!

Untreated parathyroid disease can cause serious health issues.  I don't think I'd drag my feet on this.
