post thyroid surgery

I had a total thyroidectomy 4 months ago and the surgeon told me 3 of my parathyroid glands were unviable and had to be transplanted i now  have developed low calcuim, i am taking 3600mg a day of calcuim and also vitmain d, i suffer from nausea and sometimes vomitimg most every morning, tingling in my mouth, hands and feet and am anxious, usually by mid afternoon i feel ok and can function, i have had to give up my job and suffer everyday, i cant live my life like this anymore. Can anyone help

It sounds like you need to find a parathyroid specialist ASAP. This can be very serious if your body isnt absorbing enough calcium or isn't producing it.
Please don't hesitate in finding a good dr immediately. When was the last time you had calcium blood tests done??
