pregnancy-thyroid cyst

i have a thyroid cyst. i have not undergone surgery or biopsy for these because my doctor told me that its so tiny that she can't have a test on it. My question is that, can i get pregnant with this kind of problem i have?because my husband and i are planning to have a baby. and he told me that i can no longer get pregnant because of my thyroid cyst.am i not going to have a baby anymore? please answer my questions.thank you.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't get pregnant with a tiny thyroid cyst.  

Only thing is to make sure your thryoid levels are good.  Don't put off having a child becuase of that.  

Then monitor once or twice during the pregnancy to make sure all is still good.
