Honestly, if you are a male who is experiencing typical hair thinning and don't really need the Propecia, I would skip it at this point. If you really feel your hair is falling out more than average then I would talk to the dr. Hair falling out can sometime occur while the body is getting used to thryoid meds or an increase in such. As your body adjusts this issue might just subside.
I'm on Levoxyl too and know you can also be on another med but the two cannot be taken at the same time and would need to be spaced apart throughout the day.
I would not terminate the Levoxyl treatment without going over all that with your dr, including what could happen from not being on it. He/she would know best if or how doing so would affect your nodule.
