With those limited lab results and also your symptoms, you definitely need to be started on thyroid meds.   When you see the doctor, you should request to be tested for Free T3 and Free T4 (not the same as Total T3 and T4).  Since hypo patients are frequently too low in the ranges for Vitamin D, b12 and ferritin, you should request those as well.  If the doctor resists, just insist and don't take no for an answer.  You need to know about these tests.

When lab results are available, please post results and their reference ranges and members will be glad to help interpret and advise further.

Your labs show Hashimoto's thyroiditis causing subclinical hypothyroidism. Subclincial hypothyroidism means few or no symptoms. That might be the case for some. For others they are suffering plenty of thyroid symptoms.

Is that T4 test a Total T4, or Free T4?  Also, please post the reference range that goes with the T4 test.  Please tell us about those symptoms you have.
