Yes, you have high E2, as it's over range... I'm trying to figure out why. Some medications, supplements, etc can cause high estrogen levels. Your prolactin level is also too high, indicating Prolacinemia.
One option is a possible pituitary problem. If there's a problem with your pituitary gland, it can throw off all of the hormones in your body, since your pituitary gland is considered the "master gland" and controls the entire endocrine system. Other glands that may be affected include the thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, pineal body, reproductive organs, hypothalamus, and parathyroids. One or all of the glands may be affected at the same time, but it appears that perhaps yours deals mostly with sex hormones and thyroid (which is affected by TSH output), at this point.
Adrenal production also affects output of sex hormones, so that could also be a consideration.
You should visit your doctor and ask for more testing and possibly imaging of the pituitary/hypothalamus in the brain.
Hello, are you still here? I'm sorry, I haven't responded to your question yet.
I have a few questions for you if you don't mind...
Did you have any of these symptoms before or during the time you were going to the gym? If not, how long after you stopped going to the gym did they start?
What kind of diet were you on and did you continue it even after you stopped going to the gym?
Are you taking any medications, such as anti-depressants, anti-anxiety med, etc? What about herbal supplements of any kind?
Your TSH is also higher than normal; is that the only thyroid related test that was done? You should have had Free T4 and Free T3, as well, in order to determine a thyroid condition...
