There are all kinds of natural remedies, but I don't know if they work. I never tried them.

I don't know what you mean about your medicine not working. It takes time for thyroid medicine to work. I don't know much about hyperthyroid as I was that for only a little while and then they did the RAI and I am now hypothyroid. You must give medicine time to work. It doesn't happen overnight. It has taken almost a year for my tsh to get near normal. It isn't there yet. I will be praying for you. linda
