So does symptom of sweating when doing any activity involving exercise mean you are hyper throid

The year and  a half before I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, when I was working out, I sweated like a pig.  My hair would look like I took a shower.  Other women at Curves would have ever little hair still in place.  f

Alona has good advice.  If you're concerned about a thyroid problem, have your GP run  a thyroid panel.  If something comes up, a GP will usually refer you to an endocrinologist.

Well when you are hyperthyroid your body is working in over-drive.  So sweating can be associated with hyperthyroidism.  If you want to know for sure schedule a visit with your Doctor and he can run some very easy blood tests to see. :)
