Hi, I noticed that your Ft4 and I am assuming you have an Ft3 test there. They are quite low, and that is most likely the reason you are having the swelling. Also, you are on quite a low dose of Armour.
The TSH is just so useless, and is only a pituitary response, not the actual thyroid hormones.
Most people I have talked to like the frees in the upper 1/3 of their ranges. You also will want to make sure your adrenals are tested before taking thyroid medicine.
