My labs came back recently with a TSH of .08 and a free T4 of 1.9 range o.8 to 1.8 free T4 my synthroid was reduced and now Im falling crashing in the afternoon. Im also getting the fluttery heartbeat again and waking up weepy with a migrane. Any suggestions?

This is my own personal experience, but when they adjust my meds, I get sleepy for about 2 weeks everytime.  It could just be your body adjusting.  What did your Dr. say about the cytomel?  That can make your TSH suppressed.
