Hi and welcome!
No exercise will not affect your levels-  but when you take supplements can, soy consumption can, and how you take your medicine can. :)

You may need an adjustment of medication if your exercising brought on weight loss.

Your levels being stable can affect your weight loss (if you have any).
I found I didnt start to lose weight until my levels were stable.
Any amount of exercise I did ...did absolutely ZILCH.
Except make me more tired than I already was.
In time when levels stabalise...so too does the weight.
But dont forget that the weight BEFORE treatment is HYPER/HYPO weight and if you was Hyper...then you may not get back to that weight.
I gained 16kgs (hyper) and weighed 71kgs....I now weight 65kgs.
I very much doubt I will lose any more as it was HYPER weight prior to RAI.
Hope that helps.
