The TSH looks good. (It is what I am aiming for.)

The free thyroxine (free t4) looks low. Do you know the reference range? Different labs use different ranges.

the lab range for free t4 is .77-1.61.  Do you think this could be a pituitary problem. i have a lot of the symptoms for thyroid including tired, sluggish, hair loss, memory loss, pain in knees. also my mother and grandmother have thyroid disease. i am 32 yrs old. thank you for any info. also just for info i have low bp

Have you seen an endocrinologist?

You should also request repeat blood tests to confirm.
