thyroid & CBC results

I just had a TSH test done and it was .76, last July is was 1.6.  Do I need medication?  I also had a CBC panel and my neutrophil was low and my lymphocytes and monocytes are high, what does this mean?

I agree that 0.76 is within range.  You need to have Free T3 and Free T4 tested, as TSH is only an "indicator" of possible problems.

What, if any, symptoms do you have?

Hi,

0.76 is still within range, I think. Though low within the range.  It is not necessarily a concern.  Do you have symptoms you are worried about?  To be sure, you may ask your doctor to run tests for FT3 and FT4, which are the actual thyroid hormone levels (TSH is only an indirect measure).

High Lymphocytes may indicate some sort of infection.

Have you asked your doctor about these results?

let us know how you go.
