thyroid + white tongue

i have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and hashimotos. My doctor has  warned that in the future, i may suffer from hypothyroidism. i have a white tongue and would like to know if it is linked to my thyroid problem

A white tongue(film) is normal. Some just have whiter than others. Sometimes the tongue does paint a picture of your current health, and since you have hyper and hashi, it's not alarming that you have a white film. What is their plan of treatment? I hope it's add back therapy.
