Could not afford the other panels as I'm a cash patient so I only had the TSH.  I had Thyroidectomy 10 years ago and have been on approximate same dose since then and all was fine until October. Due to financial reasons I was not able to see my dr. every 3 months as she wanted just to refill my Rx and  with no insurance I'd have to pay $200 for the labs she wanted every 3 months, then pay $75 to see her for a $4 Walmart Rx (which has always been good Levoxyl 200)  I went for 2 months taking nothing until going into health food store and they gave me Dr. Murrays Thyroid and some Kelp.  I've taken that for 2 months and within a week, I started to feel better so I thought sure I was going to be within range.  Although I have probably gained about 15 more lbs. since October so I have got to do something.
I faxed this TSH to dr. but still waiting for a call...
Is there anything else I can do? I'm a Mom of 5 with very tight budget right now.  I've been searching online to get info about the TSH but really don't understand it all...

YES!!  Your TSH is way too high.  I don't know what your Herbal Supplement is, but would not rely on it to be of much help.  You definitely need to see your doctor.

Did you have other tests done, along with TSH?  If so, which ones and can you post the results, along with the lab ranges?
