thyroid during pregnancy

My wife is 5 month pregnant. She got tested for Thyroid and result came that T3 and T4 are slightly high but TSH level is in normal range. Is there any matter of serious concern?

Does your wife have symptoms of hyperthyroidism?  Is she on any type of thyroid medication?

What are the actual results of the T4 and T3, and are they for Free T3 and Free T4 or are they total T3 and total T4?  There's a difference.  Also, please be sure to post the reference ranges with the results, as these vary lab to lab, so must come from her own report.
