Unlikely that your TSH will decrease.  Likely it will increase.

It is very importat for your baby and your health that you are given thyroid hormone during pregnancy to prevent hypothyroid.

Ask the Dr. also to check FT3 and FT4.  I hope they will retest you in 10 days and hopefully then start you on meds.

It depends on your body.  During my pregnancy my dose was changed monthly because my thyroid needed more to function correctly.  I had to see my endo every month to check my thyroid.

Here's what's in Thyrowel:

Each soft gelatin capsule of Thyrowel provides the following ingredients:
Iron equivalent to elemental iron from Ferrous Fumarate IP
30 mg
Selenious Acid equivalent to Selenium USP
60 mcg
Zinc equivalent to elemental zinc from Zinc sulphate monohydrate USP
15 mg
Vitamin B12 IP
1mcg
Folic acid IP
300 mcg
L-tyrosine USP
250 mg

It's basically a supplement designed to support your thyroid.  It may or may not reduce your TSH.  Is your doctor retesting after 10 days?  If so, he should order FREE T3 and FREE T4, the actual thyroid hormones, in addition to TSH.
