In September TSH wa 5.83- November was 6.0 T3 is 124 and free T4 is 1.12- do i need to go on thyroid medicine- let me know- sometimes I am a little tired and need an afternoon nap but I attribute that to poor sleep.

Hasn't your doctor tried to put you on meds yet? Your tsh is showing hypo as well as your t4 and t3 levels. I would ask for a trial run....I bet you will feel better. :)
