thyroid pills making you tired and sore

Has anyone ever found they are worse, in specific terms, more tired and aches and cramps
when they TAKE their thyroid pills?
I take 125mcg. Synthroid, 12.5 mcg. Cytomel.
Thanks for any info or if anyone can shed light on this.

Thanks for the input, that all makes sense.
My problem....I take 4000 i.u.'s D a day, and
all the rest and more of those supplements.
No difference.   In fact, the B's make it even worse.

I have, right after starting the medications, although that is when the good people here advised me to start taking Vitamin D (1,000 min to 2,000 Units per day) and Magnesium 400mg per day and it helps to take Vitamin B Complex to help cope with the Stress.
After starting, I had an amazing improvement in only one week, the muscle cramps and spasms, including a painfull stiff neck were gone, now I get an ache once in a while but nothing compared to what I had before. Good Luck FTB4
