Hi my Free T4T4 test: 10.0 pmol/L(10.0-24.0) TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh: 0.73 mU/L (0.3-5.0) FT3: 5.7 pmol/L (2.5-5.5)H Am i leaning towards hypo or hyperHyper-sal thyroidism?Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Your Free T3 is above limit, which is very odd. Anything over 5.3 is too high and indicates hyperthyroidism. 5.7 certainly strongly indicates hyper.
I have no idea where you are getting all the Free T3 from. About 15% comes from your thyroid. The other 85% comes from converting Free T4 to Free T3, and you don't have enough Free T4 to support that level of Free T3. (I'm not entirely acurate on those percentages, but close)
Are you taking thyroid medication? Are you taking T3? If you're on thyroid medication, exactly what are you taking and why?
If you're not on thyroid meds, are you taking other meds?
Your TSH is good, although it may be just a teeny bit low for YOU.

Are you taking thyroid "supplements"?
