can any one please help me with these results...
INDICATION: Goiter
full results: the patient has enlarged thyroid and suspicion of pyramidal lobe on the nuclear thyroid scan and prior mri of the neck>>>
solid echogenic mass lesion notd superior to the isthmus towards the left side, probably within the pyramidal lobe,measuring 2.25 * 1.47cm. in the upper pole of the lobe, 1.88* 1.44cm in size echogenic solid nodule noted. in the mid to lower pole of the left lobe, dominant nodule, 3.32 * 1.66 cm. the left lobe is enlarged, measuring 6.09 * 3.331 cm. the right lobe is also enlarged, measuring 5.05* 1.71 cm. color doppler shows central and peripheral vascularity in all the nodules in the left lobe, including in the pyramidal lobe. in the lower pole of the left lobe, 1.80 * 1.30 cm. solid nodule noted as well..
IMPRESSION: moderately enlarged right and left lobe of the thyroid with multiple nodules in the left lobe as well as towards the pyramidal lobe...
any information any one can give me please will be greatly appreciated

we got results from biopsy nd thank u lord it's not cancerous...hope every one has a very happy holidays
Hello stella my husband had a Biopsy on two nodules the biggest ones we will wait for results. Hoping for the best thank you so much
Read up on a Fine Needle Biopsy. That could be something to consider but there room for options with the little information right now that you have posted here.

Surre annie and really it may not be as bad as all the jargon sounds.
Your thyroid is swollen that a given and you do have some hyper vascularity in some nodule growth which could be worrisome to a small degree.
DId anyone tell you about possible FNA follow up on this issue?
