twitching and cramping

Hi was wandering if anyone can help me. I was diagnosed hypo four years ago and after initial dosing was put on 150 levothyroxine. My numbers stayed around .7 but six months later began having a very hard time sleeping and started having ocular migrains. But now for the last seven months a bunch of crazy symptoms have started happening my nose is always stuffed but ent says all is well, I have eye issues like a lot of floaters and seeing black spots and blurry vision my prescription changed twice in two months. I feel weak everywhere like I can't lift my own arms. Then I lost 20 pounds and I went hyperthyroid with a number of .22 they dropped me to 137 and I dropped to a level of .1. The scariest thing is since I went hyper I feel like I can't walk my legs shake and I have twitching really bad in my calves. I feel as though I am walking through concrete. Can all this be related to my thyroid. Also I get this feeling of an internal vibration mainly in my calves. Sorry so long just feel alone my doctor doesn't know what is going on.

Call your doctor and request your FT3 and FT4 results.  Be sure to also ask for reference ranges as they vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.

Many doctors think that just because they are "normal" (in range), you are fine.  This is not the case.

Do you know if you have Hashi's?

I don't have my free t3 or t4 but the doctor said they were normal. My tsh was .1 now I have been on .75 levothyroxine down from 125 for four weeks and no real change.

Can you post your latest lab results including Free T3, Free T4 & TSH with the reference ranges?  I had muscle twitching and cramping when hypo.  I also have blurry vision when hypo and my allergies get worse.  TSH is not a good indicator of thyroid levels.  More important are the Free T3 & Free T4.  It's very important to find a great dr who knows this.
