ultrasound report

my husband had an ultrsound done and it findings the right lobe measures 5.7 x 12 x 1.9 cm
and the left lobe measures 5.2 x 1.5 x 2.2 cm . the dland demonstrates homogeneous echotexture without focal nodularity. the thyroid isthmus measures 0.4 cm.
