The thyroid ultrasound states:
The examination demonstrates a left thyroid lobe 9mm x 3mm solid nodule and a second 9mm x 7mm solid nodule.  There is a third solid nodule measuring 1.7 x 1.2 cm.  The right thyroid lobe demonstrates a solid nodule measuring 1.8 x 1 cm.  
a) right thyroid lobe measures: 3.4 x 1.5cm
b) left thyroid lobe measures 3.6 x 1.7 cm

So that you have a little more information I have hypothyroid for about three years I am currently 28 years old. I am taking synthroid 50.  This is my first ultrasound of the thyroid. I have also hypertension and taking tropol 25.  I am not sure if this information can help, but it has been about 5 months that I have been loosing alot of hair, mood changes, tired, gaining weight (alot), I feel lumps under by jaw line. I am not sure if they are normal I have noticed them for about a year now I have not mentioned it to my Endo thinking its nothing, until I read some articles of solid thyroid nodules that mentioned lymph nodes under the jaw line.  How do I know if they are lymph nodes and could my ultrasound mean I have Hasimoto?  I am also trying to get pregnant for a year now and can't could the results of the ultrasound be the reason why I can not get pregnant.

hashimoto's is usually shows up as heterogeneous echotexture of thyroid.
Based on the nodule size you should have biopsy of the largest one
