wat to do next

im 25 yrs female, 5ft weigh 110 lbs.  i had goiters i think twice ( 3 yrs ago and 18 yrs ago), chvostek sign is positive for the past 6 yrs (but recent blood work shows Ca levels to be normal), also had bells palsy end of sept.  have had neck and upper back and shoulder cramps off and on since the end of sept. its painful and annoying. ive had my labs done 4 days ago.  my TSH is 5.06 uIU/ml and folate is 20.0 ng/ml, c- reactive protein was 1.00 mg/dl, b12, sed rate and glucose were all within normal values.  i feel tired ...and have had numbness and tingling in my finger tips.

i just wana know if anyone has any comments on wat this could be...and wat should i do next.

I can't comment on all of your other tests, but the TSH is too high. You need to get the FT3, FT4 thyroid blood tests.

Also get the TGab and TPOab antibody tests to determine if Hashimoto's is causing your high TSH. Get another thyroid ultrasound.

People with thyroid disease do typically have low B12 and vitamin D. When my D is low, I get terrible neck and upper back cramps.
