I am 36 and have gained alot of weight within the past few months and don't know why? It's all mainly just around the middle and all of my daily routines and eating habits are the same, in fact I have been eating less lately, I also feel VERY, VERY tired from the time I wake up until the time I go to bed. I take a multiple vitamin and iron pill everyday and my life is not stressful, what is the problem? Do you think it is something serious?
Have you had any bloodwork? I am a guru when it comes to healthy living and sometimes eating less doesnt help us to lose weight. Its what we eat, when we eat etc.. Do you exercise? what are you eating habits? You didnt say...
