Are you on B12 shots or any type of pills?  I have low B12 and take shots every 2 weeks.  I have been on the shots for almost 2 years and I had a lot of weight gain, but that was due to undiagnosed hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's.  Now that my thyroid levels are getting closer to optimal, I'm beginning to be able to lose some of the weight.

Are you on B12 shots or taking pills?  Have you had your thyroid levels checked?  I know quite a few people who have both low B12 levels and hypothyroidism, like I do.  Worth checking into.
