Ive been a weight watchers member for 9 weeks now and have not lost any weight.  Im very frustrated I was diagnosed with Hashimotos/Hypothyroid last Sept and im taking synthroid as a result. My levels were normal ( 1.0) last December.  Am i to expect SSLOOOOOOOW results because I am just frustrated.  Is there anyone out there that has any suggestions of how im going to loose this weight (15 pounds)??

Have your adrenals tested.  Weight gain is a symptom of adrenal fatigue as well as other symptoms that are the same as hypothyroidism.  Ask to have your DHEA and cortisol levels tested.

I've done ww the trick is fibre.  The more fibre in the foods you choose the bigger the weight loss.  You can fill up on veggies for 0 points and get that fibre in.  Good luck.
