what does low RDW and high sedimentation rate mean

what does low RDW and high sedimentation rate mean

2 weeks after tt had blood drawn and my

RDW was low 9.9 (10.5-15.0%) what does this mean?
MCV was 86 (70-105 fl)

sedimentation rate is 32 H (0-20 MM/HR)  is this normal for 2 weeks post-op

all other values of CBC were normal

Hi,                                                                                                                                      You could try going to naturalhealthtechniques.com they have the meaning of lab tests on there. Or just google lab test meanings and you'll get a few places you can go to.   Hope it helps.

Yes,total thyroidectomy March 27th 2009,diagnosed with papillary cancer .5 cm, going for RAI hopefully next monday the 27th of April. TSH was at 54.027 last friday. Still no real hypo symptoms yet. Just a little memory problem,was constipated but that ended, still lots of energy during the day and evening. Trying to get this RAI done soon I don't want my TSH to get any higher.
