It means you tested positive for Thyroglobulin antibodies (TGab). It is one of about five different thyroid antibodies.

These are antibodies that your immune system is not supposed to make. They attack thyroglobulin, which is produced by the thyroid gland as part of the process of making thyroid hormones.

The result you show indicates the antibodies are interfering with hormone production, but not severely.

It also means that you have an autoimmune thyroid condition.

TGab can be found in both Grave's Disease, which is autoimmune hyperthyroidism, and Hashimoto's, which is autoimmune hypothyroidism.
