what is it?

i have been tired/sleepy, feeling worned down for x amount of time now. recently went to pcp to have thyroid panel done. I thought i have subclinical hypothyroidism, but here's the results:
tsh 0.52 (normal .40-4.50); T4 7.5, T3 123.
all of them are normal, except that tsh on the low side of normal.
i have a strong family history of hypothyroidism. Here i'm not even sure what it is that causing my symptoms

T3 is on the low end. T4 is low/middle, which tends to be more common in hypos. Once again, the frees are more reliable.

I would recommend a repeat TSH, plus these blood tests:
FreeT3
FreeT4
also because of family thyroid history, these blood tests to determine if you have any thyroid antibodies:
TPOab
TGab

no, they just did total t3 and t4
t4 7.5 (4.5-12.5)
t3 123 (97-219)

Please post the reference ranges for your T3 and T4. No FreeT4 or FreeT3 testing? Those are more accurate.
