The thyroid gland that contains more then one nodule, called the multinodular goiter regardless of its size

hi,

i have a multinodular goiter (pics are on my profile, i have quite a large dominent nodule, some peoples are not so noticeable)

it just means the gland is enlarged due to multiple nodules which have grown on the gland for some reason, are you suffering from this? have you been reffered to anyone/having any treatment?

hi,

i'm also diagnosed with multinodular goiter about 2 yrs. ago, Endocrinologist already suggested thyroidectomy since they're increasing and changing in size? what treatments did you undergo? how about surgery?

just wanting to know more...
