Not exactly sure of your question.  Here are three tests for thyroid antibodies :TPO ab, TG ab, and Tr ab.  Is that what you were looking for?

I think what you're looking for is the reference range for the antibody tests.  They depend on the individual lab, but TPOab and TGab are usually somewhere in the <40 area.  So, TPOab or TGab of 20 is most likely "negative" for antibodies.  Do you now which he ran?

Ask which she tested.  Are you hypo or hyper?

Nothing they say everything is normal...but still having the symptoms...so now they want to do and ultrasound and a sleep study on me. What else could cause an enlargement in the thyroid

Please ask you doctor for FT3 anf FT4 results and their reference ranges, also TSH.  There are a couple of "temporary" types of thyroiditis (you can google "silent thyroiditis" and "DeQuervain's thyroiditis" as a start).  These can cause enlargement of the thyroid with negative antibodies.

My tsh was 1.11 and they refused to do t3 or t4 testing b/c it was normal

You may need a new doctor.  Any doctor who refuses to test FT3 and FT4 isn't worth the money you pay him.  TSH alone is not adequate to diagnose and treat thyroid conditions.  There are labs that don't require a doctor's order for testing.  They will test FT3, FT4 and TSH and send you the results.  Perhaps it would be worthwhile to go that route just to make sure you've covered all the bases?

I am calling monday morning and getting an apt for sooner as this issue of mine needs to be figured out ;) I am planning on printing out a lot of the information that you all have provided and some other sites I found. If they still refuse then I will switch as its interfering with my life at this point. What labs don't require a doctors order?

I'm don't know the names of the labs, but I know you can get on the internet and order tests without going through a doctor.  They work with one of your local labs, where you go to have your blood drawn, then you get the results.  You might also try calling your local labs to see if they offer this service.
