what is the reason for high TSH along with high T4 and high T3 when all other hormones are normal

16 yr old son. on routine testing of TFT for short stature found to have sudden increase in TSH along with T4 as well as T3. He has no signs of Pit. adenomas or any other endocrine problem expect short stature. we have been routinely doing all the profiles and everything was normal till may 2008. now as a routine we repeated the TFT and found this. He is asymptomatic expect for occasional fine tremor noticed accidently.His ht is 147 ,wt is 43kg and his expected ht is 164, He had early signs of puberty at the age of 10 with change of voice and enlargemement of scrotum. His bone age is 18 and his epiphysis is still not fused. We are worried about this sudden increase in TSH along withT3 and T4. He is excellent in his studies as well as sports esp tennis, chess and karata. Please give us your opinion.Thankyou

You would really need to post the levels from the tests and the referance range which will be just next to each test. It is not easy to tell without those levels.
