you want to talk to you sylist about it but the man thing is if u have color treated hair of no coarse or fine hair after u narrow that down it is easy to pick the u need also see if the store that u find has the noixin pill supplements to those work well.

There are different types for different hair problems.  I use the one for coarse hair and I've seen people using the ones for fine hair, thinning hair, etc.  Talk to your hairdresser.  Any hairdresser would probably answer your question and help you.
