what is your TSH level? Anyone with Hashi's should have a TSH level suppressed to .50-1.0 according to my endo....otherwise you will not get better. Also you need to know your Free T3 level and Free T4....to see if you have a conversion problem. Lastly, if you have an underlying adrenal problem, your thyroid will not get better. Something else to think about.
I feel for you....I have struggled for the past 2 1/2 yrs with my thyroid, and just recently finally found a good endo.
Our thyroids and bodies cannot heal if treatment isn't well rounded and complete....as you know as a doctor, it is one of our master glands and runs a majority of our body.

With Hashi - you need to monitor those antibodies levels along with Free T testing.

How often are you getting your TPO labs done?
