yellow hands & foots

Good day
I would be very gratefull if you could help, sice two months i took Zadorin tablet for face allergy
it has make me vomitting instantly, then making a yellow color in my hands and foots
i stop the medecine the color disappeared
after one month the color yellow reappeared in my hands and foots
i make blod teste for kidney , liver thanks god negative

no doctor knows the reason

still now one week i have this color slightly disappear and come again

Please help

Sorry Zadorin is Doxycyclin (100 mg), so it is an antibiotic, why did you had it?? kind of skin infection?

Doxicycline is a drug that can accumulate in bile and tissues (liver, bones, spleen,,,) and is mostly excreted in urine, you had an allergic reaction (vomitting) and for some reason may be your having sensitive reaction to sunlight because of it's accumulation, (usually not yellow but burn skin...., so it's strange too), it looks like excess of bilirubin in blood, did you test for direct and indirect bilirubin and for bile duct obstruction? and about bilirubin in urine??? Your doctor did the right thing (liver, kidney), may be those signs dissapear with time.
