this is not likely a cortisol overproduction - based on low salivary cortisol. Urine test for other adrenal issues sounds reasonable but unlikely to explain the HTN. A blood test for renin and aldosterone may have already been done (I would think). I doubt the synthroid is causing BP problems -- unless the TSH is too low (ie you are getting too much synthroid). IV iron does not usually cause HTN that I am aware of. An evaluation for kidney disease may make sense.
This stuff is great for someone who has hyperthyroidism. Now since my Armour has been increased, I do not have the high bloodpressure.
