Full Thyroidectomy on 2/16/11

Hello,

I am schedule for this surgery on 2/16/11. I have several nodules and one that is he size of a golfball. Can anyone let me know what to expect before and after surgery. I am nervous and wondering about all the potential problems or help that this surgery might cause.
